All music, artwork, lyrics, and other content uploaded to MziQi remain the intellectual property of the respective artists and rights holders. By uploading content, artists confirm they own all necessary rights or have obtained proper licences.

2. User Rights & Restrictions

As a listener, you may:

• Stream songs for personal, non‑commercial use
• Download songs for offline listening on your personal devices
• Share links to songs on social media or websites

You may not:

• Re‑upload, redistribute, or sell any downloaded music
• Use MziQi content for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the rights holder
• Modify, remix, or create derivative works without authorisation

3. Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been used on MziQi in a way that violates your copyright, please send a DMCA‑compliant notice to copyright@mziqi.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• The URL of the infringing material on MusicWave
• Your contact information (name, address, email)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised
• A physical or electronic signature

We will investigate and remove infringing content promptly.

4. Counter‑Notice

If your content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter‑notice with your name, contact info, identification of the removed content, and a statement of good faith under penalty of perjury.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright policies.
