4. Content Ownership & Uploads

Artists retain full ownership of the music they upload. By uploading content, you grant MziQi a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, stream, and distribute that content through the Service. You warrant that you have the rights to upload the material.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use
Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in any illegal activity
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to bypass our security measures or interfere with the Service

6. Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at copyright@mziqi.com with a detailed notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MziQi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
